Our Network Support Center monitors your network devices 24 x 7 and if there is an alert, they will quickly determine if the issue is merely a warning or if it warrants remote support or an onsite visit by a technician.
Remote Network and PC Support:
Remote Support - Users can be supported by remotely connecting to their PCs to diagnose and fix problems. If Remote Support is required, our technicians are equipped to handle the issue using state-of-the-art tools and our network support knowlegebase. Our Remote Computer Support System allows us to securely log into your network, pinpoint the problem and resolve it remotely. The service is convenient and provides a fast response because support can be done 24 x 7 without intervention on your part or disruption to you.

SUPPORT PLANS:
Chelsea Computer provides two levels of support: Passive & Proactive
Passive Support:
This includes network support service, including equipment maintenance and upgrades, hardware/software support and general troubleshooting. This service level provides your business with technical assistance on demand but only when we have availability. There is zero obligation at this level, but in turn, there is no guarantee your systems will be proactively monitored or maintained, or that we can provide critical assistance in emergency situations. Passive Support is generally reserved for very small operations of 1-4 computers with limited budgets. We are usually able to return a call within an hour or two and have a technician onsite within 4 hours, however there may be instances where this is just not possible. Payment is due upon completion of services.
Proactive Support:
This service level raises the bar well over the passive level. Proactive support is delivered via a Service Level Agreement (SLA) by offering many benefits including:
- Guaranteed response times
- Proactive network monitoring
- Dedicated technician
Clients choosing this support level receive a guaranteed call back from a technician within one hour and an onsite technician in four hours or less if warranted.
