Our People

Kenneth J. Kaminski, President & CEO, began his IT career in the early 1980s when IBM released its first PC. Recognizing the potential impact the PC would have on the business world, he began studying information technology at that time and founded KJ Kaminski Consulting in 1988. Early customers were small business owners and non-profit organizations who purchased or received donations of personal computers to automate their work.

KJ Kaminski Consulting offered consulting services, hardware setup, software installation and configuration, maintenance, and training to early adopters of this new technology. The introduction of server solutions based on Novell Netware and Windows NT Server prompted growth into network installation and support services.

KJ Kaminski Consulting experienced rapid growth performing Y2K (Year 2000) system analysis and compliance upgrades in 1999 and that growth continues today. Incorporated in January 2005 as Chelsea Computer, our staff has grown and we now support over 100 small business and residential customers.

Mr. Kaminski graduated Summa Cume Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from City University of New York, Hunter College-Honors Program. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Golden Key Honor Society. His IT certifications include Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Small Business Specialist, and Novell Netware Certified Network Engineer.

Our technical staff are all certified professionals. Certifications include CompTIA A+ and Network +, Microsoft MCP and MCSE, Apple ACHDS, Cisco CCNA.
